1 st to find out how much current will flow through a conductor: you 1 st calculate it’s resistance and then I=V÷R
Or you can refer cable manufacturers catalogue. You will find it there.

not sure where to get some information, is there any electricians that have any tips on earth leakage, did some work and the circuits had to take a lot of the new computerised fruit machines, like the 500 jackpot style reels with screen, same as the ones in the bookies, but wasn’t aware the earth leakage on the Maxine’s was high and the cu I got think withstood 20ma, I tried splitting the ring into two radials to spread it out but still to much so ended up having to get another smaller cu to get another 20ma, any way this made some problems for me as machines just kept tripping the rcd when starting up due to earth leakage being high, so has anyone got and any tips on this, and any tips on lighting and what you find more difficult 2 plate or 3 plate wiring. Or can you point me in the direction where to chat to some top sparkeys.
