Mini Air-Cooler System from 12V Fan (Homemade form Trash)

Mini Air-Cooler System from 12V Fan as Portable Air-Conditioner (Homemade form Trash)

The following fun based toy project is made from the trash which can be used as mini air-conditioner or mini air-cooler. It was really fun while making this project with a cool breeze in the hot weather (summer).

Keep in mind that you can use a rechargeable cell or 9V battery instead of the 12V adapter. This way, it can be used as a portable air cooler and will run longer when the battery is fully charged.

Mini Air-Cooler - 12V Fan Mini AC

Requirements:

  • Empty Bottle
  • 12V, 1A Fan (From Computer)
  • 12 V 1A DC Charger ( I used my Camera Charger )
  • Some Ice pieces

Procedure:

  • Take an empty bottle and cut the head for fixing the 12V DC fan in it.
  • Make a circular hole in the center of the bottle (for cool breeze)
  • Now take the 12 V Fan. There will be four wires (Red, Black, Blue and Yellow) and then cut the two wires ( yellow and blue)
  • Now connect the other two wires( Red and Black) to the 12V Charger
  • Now connect the 12V charger to the 220V AC Supply.
  • Enjoy cooled air :)
